Bill’s primary responsibility is originating mineral and royalty acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Galley, Bill served as Acquisitions Manager at a leading mineral and royalty investment firm, where he led a team of acquisitions specialists and, over a 5.5-year period, completed more than $80 million in personal transaction volume across 80+ transactions in the Permian Basin and Haynesville Shale.

Earlier in his career, Bill served as a Senior Consultant in the Oil & Gas Division at CGI Technologies & Solutions, where he managed energy portfolios on behalf of large institutions. He also served as a Petroleum Landman at Tracker Services, where he developed expertise in mineral title due diligence and leasing. 

Bill is a member of the Dallas Association of Professional Landmen (DAPL) and the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL). He earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
