As partner, André is responsible for the firm’s investor relations and business development. In Galley’s inaugural venture, Galley NM Assets, Andre worked alongside Stephen and Cameron in a principal role.

Prior to entering the energy business, André served in various high-profile fundraising, investor, and business development roles for Sebastian Construction Group, Actor and Philanthropist Chuck Norris, President and Mrs. George W. Bush for the George W. Presidential Center and several other private ventures in real estate, hospitality, and the entertainment industry. André has over 15 years of fundraising and investment experience with a focus on alternative investments.

André earned a bachelor’s degree in communications studies with an emphasis in music business from Loyola Marymount University, where he graduated summa cum laude and with presidential honor distinction.
